There is a dress code in schools because of gang members. That doesn’t excuse the behavior of the cop because this is obviously assault.

What did the Kid do right to avoid this situation? Your on school property; they have rules in place. You wouldn’t show up at McDonald’s for your shift without the uniform. Cop was, but again tell me what the punk did right. People get sick of punks all the time. Don’t act like a punk if you can’t take what you have coming to you. Where are all the other kids? Oh yeah they are in class ready to learn. OH, POOR PUNK KID. I am sure you like when punks lip off to you!

every kid alive has broke a rule or two, it’s not a law and the kid was not told he was under arrest, so he was not resisting? i’ve met a few cops like that “where did that sidewalk come from”? facedown takedown ohhhhhh

The cop learned his lesson and couldn’t hold in the feeling of rage set forth by this stupid punk’s actions. The kid must have said something that pissed the cop off. The cop is human; people make mistakes. What could the kid learn from this? I am sure the punk in time will get murdered by his own for saying something to a punk gangster in his hood. Happens all the time. All over the news these last two weeks.

This is one sided. Iagree the, how this story is presented the officer seems to be using excessive force. However, did the Kid sugest to the officer that he had a wepon, that would have justified the use of force? Also while havin your shirt untucked is not a crime, indecent exposure is, that kids pants where “sagging” below his butt. I would consider it indecent exposure. I would like to hear BOTH sides of the story, the kid had to provoke the attack, he may have made a threat to the cop.

you saw the tape, how much more evidense do you need, the officer put down the coffee before he even talked to the kid, and he did it calmly so he obviously didn’t feel threatened and sagging pants are not an excuse to beat someone else

How much more do I need? How about “the audio” from the tape? Or what Happend before tape started rolling. Iget the feeling the Kid had it coming, acting like a punk, or making a threat to the officer. And yes, sagging pants IS an excuse to beat someone.
